Meet Dahlia the Dullahan. A Dullahan is an ancient spirit in Irish folklore – mostly depicted with a dark, negative connotation as an evil spirit. Sometimes however, just like with anything, it’s complicated. Dahlia is misunderstood.
Instead of a horse, Dahlia’s creature is this little lovely monster who is entrusted with her head. They search the countryside in places where humans once lived – old forgotten houses that tell whispers of the past – for souls that need help finding their way to the beyond.
Though that smile peeking through tells me I wouldn’t want to catch her on a bad day.
